The firm was founded in 1984 by founding members Saul Grayson and Mark Grayson. Saul Grayson attended USC and UCLA undergraduate and received his Juris Doctorate law degree from UCLA in 1952. In 1957 he focused his practice on representing injury victims and continued that focus until his retirement from the everyday active practice of law in 2002. He proved himself to be a top trial lawyer – Los Angeles auto accident attorney and was at the forefront of recognizing arbitration as an effective means of resolving claims.  Saul Grayson (May 24,1927- November 23,2011).

Mark Grayson attended UCLA and CSUN for undergraduate studies and received his juris doctorate law degree from Southwestern University School of Law in 1981. Beginning immediately in 1981, he focused his practice on representation of injury victims as a Los Angeles personal injury attorney. In 1985, Mark expanded his practice to also include the representation of victims of medical negligence. In the last 30 years, Mark Grayson has established himself as a preeminent trial Los Angeles personal injury lawyer who also has the ability to command top dollar settlements for his clients.
