The firm was founded in 1984 by founding members Saul Grayson and Mark Grayson. Saul Grayson attended USC and UCLA undergraduate and received his Juris Doctorate law degree from UCLA in 1952. Mark Grayson attended UCLA and CSUN for undergraduate and received his juris doctorate law degree from Southwestern University school of law in 1981. In 1995, he expanded his practice to also include the representation of victims of medical negligence.
